If desired, we will visit your site where we can help you with analysing your specific situation and needs regarding safety and sustainability. Our engineers are fully educated and bring along years of experience. When visiting your site, we will discuss and measure your current situation and advise how to optimize your situation. Furthermore we can help you to monitor your new projects. Together we can see the positive impact that new lighting will have on your location. With our knowledge and expertise, we know better than anyone else how to implement our products. We can also plan an online-meeting; we have all the facilities necessary at our office.
Product support:
If you have any questions regarding the products you bought from us, we can certainly assist you. Most of our products are easy to implement, but if you need any help with the installation, we are there for you! You can contact us by phone, email, we can connect through an online-link, but we can also visit you at your location.
Just that little bit of extra service:
Next to our normal opening hours, we offer a 24/7-service for emergency cases. To work safe on location, all our service employees are VCA certified. Thanks to our large stock in our own warehouse, we can deliver standard items with a short leadtime. In our own workshop, we can also customize some of our products to your specific needs and wishes to obtain the maximum result.
Our services include exact light-technical measurement on location, designing light plans, advice on your project and professional support during installation.
